At Franklin County Rehab Center a registered dietician along with our dietary manager plans and supervises the preparation of nutritious meals. Lunch and dinner is served in a fine dining atmosphere with your choice of two entrees, with many more items available upon request of the residents. Breakfast is offered in our Breakfast Restaurant. You may choose from a wide variety of made to order items. At Franklin County Rehab center we have adopted a liberal geriatric diet. This is a healthy, balanced meal plan designed by our registered dietician. The meals have been prepared under guidelines for limited salt, sugar, cholesterol and saturated fat. Carbohydrates are equally distributed throughout the day to accommodate our diabetic residents. Desserts are made with Splenda or reduced amounts of sugar. We hope you enjoy your meals.
